Floral Installation Chengdu ※ Floral Installation Art | English-Style 3D Floral Structure
Finished today's portion; the smallest structure is complete. I counted—and realized we've only finished 1/10th of the work. Today, someone asked what the theme of this floral installation exhibition is. The organizer set the main theme as "Love and Hope." Our piece is titled *Whispers of Flowers and Leaves | Widening Shadows*. It originates from a concern for and inclusivity towards special groups. The initial draft copy was defined by me as: "I only hope that you can accept my differences." The final draft copy was further elevated by Yuanyuan to: "Dancing with Solitude." Regarding this exhibition, we might be the first domestic team to realize a Chelsea-style 3D floral installation. If you ask how we crossed over from installation art to landscape installation design, it's simple: First, you can easily learn the installation methods by watching *Operation Big Bloom* (Flower Big Battle). Second, having a potted plant expert like Tingting on the team makes all the difference. I handle the structural design and color details, she selects the potted plants and manages the on-site installation, and then I add various installation materials onto the planted structures. Our collaboration is seamless. ☺️ Our build schedule: April 20–28. Exhibition dates: May 1–9.
