Ten Thousand Meters of Silk Thread, One Thousand Meters of Wooden Slices | Autumnal Ancient-Style Suspended Art Installation

Traveled to Shanghai to create four suspended art installations tailored for spaces with an ancient aesthetic interior design. Positioned within the two atriums of the main guest room building, one on each side per floor across four levels, each installation was designed for 360-degree viewing. A grueling seven-day installation process. Construction had to be done in a tight, crowded area while the hotel remained operational, leaving little room for crew. The branching structure on the second floor was so dense that anyone with a larger frame couldn't squeeze in. I personally climbed up and down until my knees were nearly spent.
