Writing Zen in Bamboo, Tracing the Paths of Wind and Mist | Hotel Installation Art

Breeze Sleeves Leading the Mist Wind sweeps through the waterside mountains, brushing against the mist to become nature’s strings. Rows of bamboo strips curve like cicada wings turning in the airflow— at times gathering into surging clouds, at times drifting into whispering filaments. Rising, they climb like green mist scaling cliff walls; falling, they linger like river fog dragging trails of moisture… Motion frozen in stillness, as if wind-blown sleeves guide the mist wandering among peaks—transforming into something visible, tangible, poetic—listening to the murmurs of river and mountain. ~ Inspired by the drifting mist of the mountains, using Osamu’s bamboo-binding technique to express the Zen of Zixi Rusi Villa, and ending with my abstract design sketch attached.
